This was the perfect choice for a family travelling by car. Underground secure parking where car could be left long after checkout provided you had paid for the day! Great location with Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey a pleasant walk away. The London Eye then only across the bridge. Westminster Bridge handy for Ubber boats and sightseeing River Boats, hop on hop off, good value. Buckingham Palace, Whitehall, Horse Guards Parade, Churchill Bunkers, and the Cenataph all within a walk away which the children, 11 and 9yrs managed with a smile and a snack in Green Park. Bar and Grill has a lovely vibe and is suitable for families, though it is quite smart! Fabulous view from 13th floor of the MI5 and MI6 buildings. London Eye and Big Ben can be seen from the gym above. Food was always of high standard. Staff were all very helpful, extremely friendly, and were trained to high standards. We had 2 Superior Queen rooms on the 3rd floor. Well laid out with seperate toilet and shower cubicles with huge communal wash stand. Large walk-in closet with safe, a couple of drawers and hanging rail, also room to store travel bags and cases. Huge mirrors near handy sockets. A huge door sliding door separates these facilities from the bedroon, which could be left open to give an open plan feel. Comfortable Queen beds, and usual coffee, tea facilities, tv etc etc. We will return here on our next trip, with or without the children, though the children loved everything about it. They were particularly excited to see the panoramic views by night after seeing them in the daylight. The staff interacted well with them, making them feel right at home, even sending them off with snacks! We had a whirlwind trip and had to tick off as landmarks possible. The location could not have been better. Quite, safe area! Had to get taxi up to Covent Gardens.

We were in London for The Battle of Ideas in Church House, so location was the main reason for booking The Westminster (10 minute walk away) but convenience turned out to be only one reason we'll stay again. Staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and were very pleased with the menu and the meal. Our corner room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Then location of the hotel can t be beaten, practically next to The British Tate Gallery. It is a nice neighbourhood and i had a room that looked on a very quiet street, The room was perfect for a solo traveller, I liked the modern design. The Concierge service was always ready and efficient to provide assistance.I travelled with 2 friends and we had a very good stay.

Isabel

The location is ideal, situated in a safe neighborhood where it's easy to navigate on foot, by bus, or by train. I particularly enjoyed the coffee shop and the water refill station. Additionally, the view was fantastic; however, I had to pay extra to secure a room on a higher floor.

Grigorova

the stay was comfortable and the location is the best part was the approximity to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Lambeth bridge, etc. you could just walk to anywhere in zone 1 for the attractions.
